Working to protect the needs of the manufactured home community with outreach to local, state, and national representatives and officials.

This fund helps to protect our members from financial liabilities with additional funding to insulate park communities most vulnerable to litigation.

Individual assistance to SMMRA members who need temporary assistance for a wide range of unforeseen challenges and circumstances.
