SMMRA Events™

SMMRA Events is a specialized program of the San Marcos Mobilehome Residents Association (SMMRA), created to help HOA boards and community leaders design memorable, meaningful gatherings that bring residents together. The focus is on planning, coordination, and guidance—giving leadership the tools and ideas they need to organize successful events without taking on the burden of full execution.

Through SMMRA Events, leaders gain access to event concepts, planning templates, checklists, and resource guides tailored to the unique needs of mobile home communities. This service empowers HOAs to create inclusive, engaging, and cost-effective events that strengthen neighborly ties and enrich community life.
